David N. Green, CPA

Mr. Green is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in both Accounting and Economics. He has spent most of his career in the financial services industry beginning as an Auditor with PNC Bank before moving to a regional CPA firm where he achieved his CPA license. He provided practice management services and tax planning to a number of medical practices and physician clients within a variety of specialties. Additionally, he has experience on the payor side of healthcare where he acted as controller for Health America, a Coventry Health Care Plan. There he was responsible for most Medicare Compliance and contract issues as well as the financial accounting duties of the HMO.

He joined Radcom Associates, Ltd. in 1990 and over the years has acquired extensive experience in business development, tax planning, and on-going medical practice management. During that time he has provided detailed data analysis, and revenue cycle management to a number of hospital based physician groups, and private office practices. Mr. Green has served as an advisor to the Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Radiological Society (PRS) and as Treasurer of the Pennsylvania Radiology Business Managers (PaRBMA). In addition Mr Green is a member of the American Institue of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA).

Mindy Bennett, RCC

Ms. Bennett has been in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. She began her healthcare career in a multi physician family practice before moving to a hospital environment to work for hospital based physicians as a physician assistant, and patient care coordinator, while also performing both coding and transcription duties. Ms. Bennett has been with Radcom since 1979 as a coding specialist and a medical billing practice manager within a variety of specialties, with experience and expertise in interventional and diagnostic radiology, pathology, family practice, radiation therapy, and gastroenterology. She has experience with a variety of accounts receivable management and billing systems, performing numerous platform conversions and technology upgrades within industry standards. She is a well known credentialing specialist and consultant for many startup ventures including diagnostic imaging centers and multi-specialty physician networks. She is a Radiology Certified Coder (RCC) through the Radiology Coding Certification Board and attends numerous education conferences to stay current on compliance and practice management issues. Ms. Bennett is a member of both the Radiology Business Managers Association (RBMA) and the Pennsylvania Radiology Business Managers Association (PaRBMA).
